Why is this information being collected and how your information will be used?

With your consent your information is being collected to log nominations for the CHuFT awards and future marketing and follow up enquiries.

The provision of this personal data is part of a statutory or contractual requirement to use this service and failing to provide this personal data will result in the unavailability of the service on offer due to the unaccountability of the request.

Protected characteristics questions stated on the CHuFT Application form, is not a mandatory requirement however by completing the selected fields, will enable us to reach a wider target audience and help promote nomination activity, to ensure all colleagues are included.

How long is this information kept for?

This information is kept for 1 year from the opening date of nominations. For example if the system is launched on September 5th 2022, data will only be held for 1 year in the system, being removed on or before September 5th 2023. After this point your data is securely deleted.
